- Why isn't my product dispensing?
- Why isn't the pump on my product working?
All our products are packaged using airless pump technology. Airless pump packaging uses a vacuum system to dispense rather than a straw/tube which avoids air and contaminant exposure. This keeps the contents fresh while enhancing the formula's stability and effectiveness.
The plate that pushes the product to the top can sometimes become stuck and require “help” before using it for the first time:
- Hit the bottom of the bottle on a flat surface 3-4 times to loosen the plate.
- Pump the dispenser several times.
- Don't block the little hole at the bottom, otherwise air would not be able to get in on the other side of the plunger to push it up. Also, please make sure that the bottle is closed tightly.
- If this does not work or if the product stops dispensing, repeat the above steps 2-3 more times.*
We do not recommend dismantling the product.

No. Kleem Organics has never tested on animals at any stage of product development and never will. We're part of the Leaping Bunny Program, which means not only have we eliminated animal testing from our company, but also from our ingredient suppliers.
The majority of Kleem Organics products are vegan because they do not contain animal or animal-derived ingredients. We also seek to formulate without such ingredients whenever possible, however, a few of our ingredients do contain animal-derived ingredients, either due to formulary necessity or because an equivalent vegan ingredient was not available to use.
Below is our most current list of the only product that contains animal-derived ingredients:
Kleem Organics’ product that contains propolis (a natural by-product from beehives):
- Retinol Cream
You may notice from time to time that colour, consistency or scent of your Kleem Organics’ products varies. In most cases, this is completely normal and the direct result of not using artificial colouring agents or fragrances, which can be a problem for skin.
We have high standard quality controls and colour, consistency and scent of products may change as the variations are a result of unadulterated nature of our raw materials.
Our oils are not bleached or denatured in any way. We do not buy standardized raw materials. In fact, over 200 of our raw ingredients are routed from local farmers in Oregon. From harvest to harvest and batch to batch, we experience variations in weight, texture, clarity, colour, tone and viscosity due to seasonal changes and soil variations and amendment adjustments. Our substrates are the direct result of a fertile living earth and we try to advise our customers to not worry about these minor variations. They are a compliment to your brand and its integrity in quality.
The exception to this is if the product is used beyond the marked PAO (period after opening) icon on the back or expiration date stamped on the bottom of the product. The PAO or expiration date confirms that the product you are using is guaranteed effective for the time frame indicated, and is best replaced after that.
The rate of usage per product will vary based on how often you use the product, whether you alternate it with other products, how much you apply per use, and where you apply it (for example, spot treating a small area vs. applying to your entire face and neck). Therefore, please note that the answer to this question is an average guideline.
Each product with a twice a day use will last approximately 1 month, except for the face masks which we recommend to use twice a week and each sachet allows from 3 to 4 applications.
While irritation or reactions aren't typical, we understand that each consumer is unique and that individuals may respond differently to products they are using.
When it comes to active ingredients, such as Retinol, for instance, some side effects as dryness, flaking or slight redness, may be possible to experience at the beginning of usage, especially if you have never used a skincare product that contains that precise active ingredient. The inclusion of active ingredients inside formulations is crucial to address specific skin conditions and to target specific skin concerns. In order to apply products correctly and more consciously we created our product guide with all the information and details to get the best out of every single product.
Furthermore, everyday environmental factors and daily lifestyle habits can sometimes play a part in how well your skin tolerates a product or combination of products.
Kleem Organics has always offered a Money Back Guarantee. If you've experienced a reaction to a product, please contact our Customer Service Team at: customersupport@kleemorganics.com. We will be happy to assist you.

We recommend that pregnant clients check with their healthcare provider for any product contraindications that may be unique to them. It is generally recommended that stimulating products should be avoided, as women may find that their skin is more sensitive during pregnancy.
Skincare products do not have a set expiration date, aside from over-the-counter drugs such as acne treatments or SPF, as a product's shelf life will vary based on when it is opened and how it is used and stored. Skincare products instead display what is known as the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol.
You can conveniently find our PAO labels on the back side of each product's packaging, near its barcode. This number represents for how many months a product is viable after it has been opened. After its stated PAO, a product will begin to degrade and lose its potency. We recommend trying to use your products up before this point has been reached.
