Timing

Requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review, as we may no longer be able to properly verify the order, delivery condition, or product status.

Fair Use of the Guarantee

This guarantee is created to protect real customers and offer a fair, human solution when something genuinely goes wrong.

It is not intended for cases of change of mind, orders placed by mistake, personal preferences such as scent or texture, subscription charges already processed, or products that have been fully or almost fully used without a valid issue.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
