Most orders process and ship in 1-3 business days but there are sometimes delays due to order volume or inventory. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and carrier details. This information can also be found under “My Account” > “Orders” on kleemorganics.com.
- We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS for all standard deliveries and are unable to select a carrier due to automated order processing.
- Rush delivery is usually sent through FedEx or UPS, depending on location.
- Delivery locations are at the sole discretion of the delivery driver and are outside of the control of Kleem Organics.
- Once your order ships, you can try contacting the carrier with special instructions for delivery if needed; this can sometimes be done online by creating an account with the relevant carrier.
- Some carriers may require a signature based on the delivery driver’s discretion. Please contact the carrier directly for further details.
International
- Orders shipped outside of the U.S.
- Shipping cost is a flat rate of $55.
- International orders are excluded from our Free Shipping specials.
- Delivery takes 5-7 business days, Monday-Friday. Delays can occur if the order is held at Customs pending more details from the recipient or due to weather/carrier delays.
- We are unable to select the carrier for an order due to automated order processing.
- Tracking and carrier details will appear in your shipment confirmation email, and in your Order History on Kleemorganics.com, after your order ships.
- Taxes, duties, and customs/brokerage fees collected at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- If cost estimates for the above fees are needed, contact your local Customs office.
- We are unable to issue a refund for shipping or the products if your package is confiscated by, or not collected from, Customs; if you refuse your package; or if your order is undeliverable as addressed; or if requirements are not met, based on the import regulations for your country.
- Gift orders and free products or samples are not exempt from Customs or associated fees.
